Founding Story: Eric Holmes

Launching its services in 2014, what started as Holmes Remodeling Services quickly shifted into Eric Holmes Construction upon one very simple, and true realization... People were renovating brand new homes because of low quality effort by the builder. It was then that Eric, and the team decided to start a company that refused to cut corners.

As a former United States Marine, Eric holds to a standard of excellence, and integrity. People matter, and people deserve to be treated with respect and honor. It's that mentality that has elevated us above the rest. During the COVID 19 pandemic, Eric and his team never missed a beat. In fact, it came to a point where Eric realized that the economy was shifting, yet again, and in order to provide the best quality service at the best possible rates it was time for Eric Holmes Construction to shift as well. This is when EHC Builders was established.

Brandon Byrd

Brandon Byrd is a dedicated Project Manager for EHC Builders, known for exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills that set him apart in the industry. With a strong focus on quality and efficiency, he ensures every project exceeds client expectations. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his beautiful wife and his 2 boys. It's Brandon's stance that anyone can build a house, but we will build you a place you are proud to call home.
